Premier Foods required an internal campaign to get 2000 white-collar staff and 5000 blue-collar workers excited around new ways of working, processes and structures; to support the renewed focus on innovation for the Premier Group.
What We Did
HolyCow developed a big idea, followed by a mixed-media campaign using video, mms, emails, intranet, print and activations that piqued interest, got people talking and then delivered content in fresh, simple ways that clearly communicated the ‘what’s in it for me’ to the employee.
