The Brief

Activating company values

HolyCow was briefed to develop a culture campaign that showed staff what the values of the company look like in action. Our mandate was to come up with a big idea that could umbrella future initiatives and sustain messaging for up to 18 months.

What we did

We developed a campaign that took staff on an experiential journey where they reconnected with their own intrinsic Power as individuals. Through videos, experiences and storytelling, we linked that Power to the values within the organisation, affirming that by living the values, staff could express their Power and drive their own personal growth.

The Result

Engagement was measured via digital channels, staff participation in events and performance review processes. Staff reported a better understanding of company values and acknowledged the link between behaviour and performance. Videos content has been adapted for induction purposes and the Power message continues to live in staff reward and recognition platforms and ongoing initiatives.
