Fit for Africa
The Brief
HolyCow was tasked with developing an internal campaign which educated and galvanized Liberty Health staff across Africa to make employees feel more involved, while informing them about Liberty Health’s different Africa regions and the Liberty Health culture, strategy and purpose.
What We Did
Using ‘fitness challenges’ as the hook to engage staff, each employee was asked to get ‘into shape’ around various company-specific topics. Using a range of digital and multimedia elements, participants were taken on a journey to each Liberty Health region across Africa; where they learned about the company’s people, business function, culture etc; with competition elements adding to the engagement factor.

The Result
Following the campaign, feedback from Exco was that the campaign was a massive success. The company’s strategy understanding, visibility and awareness had increased significantly. This was established through analytics, internal surveys and two-way dialogue.
