The Brief

HolyCow was briefed to propose, develop and implement an integrated 3-month communications campaign that aligned, motivated and inspired all Investment Solutions colleagues around the company’s philosophy so they fully understood what it meant to live the values.

What We Did

Using activations, interactive platforms, video and questionnaires, HolyCow transformed lengthy information into bite-sized, story-based content that staff could identify with, and communicated the values over a 3-month period. Incentives, interaction and rewards motivated employees to learn the behaviours around the values.

The Result

Success was measured through staff participation and in their contribution towards providing insights into what the company values meant to them. The campaign culminated in an annual awards nomination process which received the most nominations recorded in the company’s history.
